A Special Place. A blend of celebrated old New York history, myth and legend. Our cafe uses some of the recipes from the hotel's original family style dining room, circa 1845. Our traditional home-cooked cafe fare, using locally grown, natural and wholesome ingredients, recalling meals of the past where people gathered around a harvest table of authentically prepared dishes. Come for a hearty authentic American breakfast/brunch; market fresh luncheon, or family style dinner featuring old fashioned pot pie, country stew, authentic crepes, Wisconsin butter burgers from our own blend of organic grass fed beef from the Berkshire mountains.
